RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. ABOUT THE CANCELLATION POLICY

1.1 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days if the goods are closed and unused .

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

1.2 Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the item(s) back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the item(s), whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of the insured return of the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

1.3 Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.

General information

1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging, unopened and unused with all their contents.

2. If possible, please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.

3. Please note that compliance with the aforementioned conditions is a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

 

RETURNS

You have 14 days after taking possession of the goods to cancel your order if the goods are closed and unused . You can find more information on this in our cancellation policy.

Please keep in mind that we cannot assume the shipping costs that have already been incurred or the costs of returning the goods. We ask you to pack the products securely so that they cannot be damaged during shipping.
